Teacher Arrested for Drugs

(Fort Payne, Alabama) Last month, 25-year-old kindergarten teacher at Collinsville School, Amber LeAnn White, and her husband, John Kristofor White, 28, were arrested during a drug raid at their home.

Authorities acted on a tip that the home was the center of significant drug activity. During the raid, agents seized quantities of methamphetamine, marijuana and painkillers along with drug paraphernalia.

The Whites were charged with drug trafficking and booked into the DeKalb County Jail. Amber White was released on $1,500 bond. Her husband was released on $10,000 bond.
