Arizona Teacher Arrested for Sex with Boy

(Phoenix, Arizona) A 37-year-old charter school teacher at the D.W. Higgins Institute in Tempe, Judith Wallace, was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy.

According to the Maricopa County Sheriff's office, Wallace is the daughter of the school's owner.

It's reported that Wallace treated the victim as her boyfriend during the relationship, spanning the time period between February and April 2006. During that time, Wallace plied him with alcohol and took him to social gatherings.

Wallace faces two counts of sexual conduct with a minor. She was booked into the Fourth Avenue Jail and later released.
