So, Rep. Dennis Kucinich has brought charges of impeachment against Vice President Dick Cheney because the VP has violated the provisions of the Declaration of Independence.

What? I mean, WHAT!

Does this mean that Kucinich could be impeached because he has violated the provisions of Darwin's Origin of Species?
