No Charges in Intruder's Death

(Norfolk, Virginia) About 2 AM on February 28th, a convicted felon was shot when he attempted to break into a resident's apartment. The body of the intruder, Keith Foreman, was found nearby later in the morning. In a letter released yesterday, Commonwealth Attorney Jack Doyle said no charges will be filed.

Foreman was 6 feet tall and weighed 308 pounds and was previously convicted of several felonies, including manslaughter.
