Ohio Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(St. Clairsville, Ohio) A 31-year-old woman from western Belmont County, Christine Stephen, was arraigned yesterday for engaging in sex with a teenage boy. Stephen faces one count of sexual conduct with a minor.
