What's That, Gator? You're Emotionally Distressed?
(Los Angeles, California) In a story from last month, celebrated dog whisperer, Cesar Millan, was sued by television producer Flody Suarez who alleged that his pet Labrador, Gator, suffered injuries leading to complications while training at Millan's Dog Psychology Center of Los Angeles.
The lawsuit claimed breach of contract, negligence, fraud and deceit, and both intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress.
Apparently, a whispering staff member placed Gator on a treadmill, overworked him and the dog collapsed. As a result, Gator had several surgeries. I don't know how one easily gets from the treadmill to surgery but that's what the report indicates.
Nevertheless, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Kenneth Freeman cancelled any further proceedings since a settlement has been reach between Suarez and Millan. Terms are undisclosed. Neither the lawyers nor Gator have whispered a word.
In related news, it's believed that Timmy's still in the well.
