Tahoe Teacher Accused of Sex with Boy

(Truckee, California) A 28-year-old history teacher at Squaw Valley Academy, Christine Johnson, was arrested last month for allegedly engaging in sex with a male student and providing alcohol to minors.

Johnson is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Apparently the authorities were alerted when rumors spread throughout the school about Johnson's inappropriate relationship with one particular student.

Christine Cameron Johnson pleaded not guilty yesterday in Placer County Superior Court. A settlement conference date has been scheduled for July 23th.
