(Raleigh, North Carolina) A twice-deported illegal alien Mexican, Ricardo Contreras (aka Michael Delatorre), has been accused of driving drunk, crossing the median on I-40, crashing into two vehicles and killing one driver. At the scene, 54-year-old George Smith of Cary, NC, died.
Contreras may face additional charges for driving a stolen vehicle.
