Woman Accused of Rape of Boy

(Lincoln County, Oregon) A 22-year-old woman from Berkeley, CA, Melissa Danielle Cullen, was arrested after police found her engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy in her car on the side of the road. Cullen allegedly took the boy without his parents' permission and drove to Oregon.

Cullen has been charged with sex abuse, rape, contributing to the sexual delinquency of a child and custodial interference. It would seem that Cullen could also be charged with a federal offense since she ostensibly took the boy across state lines to be naughty.

Cullen was booked into the Lincoln County Jail with bail set at $90,000.
