(Adams County, Ohio) A 31-year-old third-grade teacher at Peebles Elementary School, Sandie Bratt, has been accused of engaging in sex with a boy. The sex reportedly began six years ago when the boy was 11. He is now 17.Bratt is also accused of giving the boy money and transporting him to locations where he could buy drugs.
Note that Adams County is in rural southern Ohio about 50 miles east of Cincinnati.

Sandra Bratt appeared before Judge Alan Foster yesterday on a charge of felony sexual battery. She remained in custody yesterday on $50,000 bond. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 30th.

Sandra Bratt was sentenced to seven years in prison after admitting to having a long-term sexual relationship with her young victim. After release, Bratt faces five years probation and registration as a sex offender.
