Teacher Pinched for Drugs

(Davenport, Iowa) A 33-year-old teacher at Adams Elementary School, Mary F. Lane, was arrested after police raided her home and allegedly found ecstasy pills, marijuana, plastic baggies, a scale and a loaded .38 caliber pistol.

Lane faces two counts of drug possession and delivery, two counts of drug tax stamp violations and one count of hosting a drug house. She was booked and released on $20,000 bond.

It's reported that Lane will be suspended from her teaching position.
