Juvenile Clinician Accused of Sex with Youth

(Middletown, Connecticut) A clinician at the Connecticut Juvenile Training Center, Jamura Davis, has been accused of engaging in sexual relations with a 17-year-old troubled youth.

The Department of Children and Families placed Davis on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of an investigation.
