Madrid Bombers on Hunger Strike

(Madrid, Spain) Although I sometimes wonder, apparently terrorists are human. They don't like long prison sentences so they are protesting.
Ten of the 21 men found guilty in the Madrid Train Bombings trial are now reported to have started a hunger strike in prison.

The protest comes as they think the sentences handed down against them are excessive, and prison sources indicate that all of them are continued to be offered food, and are accepting fluids.

The ten concerned are at four different prisons across the country in Alicante II, Meco, Valdemoro and Aranjuez.
I guess we should expect Amnesty and Human Rights Watch to weigh in on the harsh sentences with outrage that it's cruel and unusual punishment.

And, of course, the leftist human rights groups will ignore the fact that scores of Spaniards were murdered by the terrorist scum.
