Warren Jeffs Tried Suicide

It's not uncommon for child sex offenders to try committing suicide and, regularly, they succeed. Not this time, though.

Polygamist-sect leader Warren Jeffs attempted to hang himself in jail in January, eight months before a jury convicted him of rape as an accomplice, according to documents released by a Utah judge Tuesday.

Interestingly, it's reported that Jeffs was observed "throwing himself against the walls and banging his head."

I don't have much sympathy for Jeffs.
