Iron-Pumping Babe Arrested

(Minot, North Dakota) A 23-year-old female weightlifter, Shannon Pole-Summers, has been arrested in Minot by U.S. Marshals for offenses allegedly committed in South Carolina.

The five-foot-six, 270-pound Pole-Summers faces charges of first-degree burglary, assault with intent to kill, identity theft and grand larceny.

Shannon Pole-Summers reportedly once pulled a school bus with her strength and is said to have bench pressed 531 pounds, a world record for a woman. Pics here.
