(Hidalgo County, Texas) A 47-year-old McAllen elementary school janitor, Antonio Saldana, was convicted of murdering his neighbor and the jury sentenced him to probation.Reportedly, Saldana thought his neighbor was having an affair with his wife. During testimony, Saldana said that the neighbor continually taunted him until he snapped and killed him.
After sentencing to 10 years probation, Saldana apologized.
