Cockroach-Asthma Connection

(Honolulu, Hawaii) The Hawaii State Department of Health is conducting field research to determine links between persistent roach populations and asthma attacks in humans. Over 370 families are participating in the data collection.

More than 50 percent of Hawaiian asthma sufferers are allergic to cockroaches.
