The dickhead mayor of Seattle, Greg Nickels, apparently hasn't learned from the Virginia Tech experience nor has he read the Constitution. He's banning guns on city property.

Okay, what does that tell the random sociopath?

I'll guess. "Hey, no deadly force to stop me!"
