I'm Pissed

SCOTUS just ruled that terrorists at Gitmo have full rights of U.S. citizens.

Okay, let's break this down. As American citizens as defendants, the whole concept of military tribunal or military courts is defunct. With jihadists being treated as criminals as opposed to a wartime enemy, all of a sudden American soldiers now have to read Miranda rights to homicidal bastards that don't speak English.
