Fugitive California Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

Free Image hosting by ImageSnap(San Jose, California) A 33-year-old local woman, Luz Damarys Maisonet Diaz, is wanted by California authorities for allegedly luring a 14-year-old boy over the Internet for sex.

Diaz faces charges of unlawful sex with a minor and oral copulation.
In April 2007, Diaz was gaming online when she met a 14-year-old boy from the Los Angeles area. They made plans to meet the following weekend for a clandestine rendezvous.

Diaz drove down with a friend, whom she introduced only as Edgar. They picked the teenage boy up from his home, and took him to a Motel 6 in nearby Hacienda Heights. That night, police tell us Diaz and her young victim had sex multiple times.

The following day, the threesome went to Hollywood and saw the sights. When they returned to the motel, they all ate pizza and watched a movie. When Edgar returned to his room to go to sleep, Diaz and her teenaged victim had sex again.

The next day, Diaz and Edgar returned the boy to his house. He initially said that he had spent the weekend at Knott's Berry Farm, but two weeks later, Diaz called the boy on his cell phone and his mother grew suspicious. She grabbed the phone and confronted Diaz. Soon thereafter, the victim's mother notified police.
Diaz has been in the wind for months. She's believed to be somewhere in California.
