NC Woman Accused of Raping Boy

(Thomasville, North Carolina) A 31-year-old local woman, Laura Franciana Montgomery, was arrested last Friday for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy. An anonymous tipster called in a complaint to the Thomasville Police.

Montgomery has been charged with statutory rape with a victim greater than or equal to six years younger.

She was booked into custody at the Davidson County Detention Center with bond set at $300,000.
