California Woman Busted for Boy Sex

(Watsonville, California) A 23-year-old local woman, Yazmin Reyes Ruiz, was arrested this week for allegedly engaging in sex with a 13-year-old boy when she was a guest in his house.

According to Watsonville Police Sgt. Terry Traub, Ruiz faces charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor more than 10 years her junior.

The boy’s mother confronted her son when she noticed “suspicious issues” concerning the boy, said Traub. When she talked to him, he admitted the encounter. The mother contacted police and Ruiz was removed from the home.

Ruiz was booked into custody at the Santa Cruz County Jail.
