Doctor Accused of Sexual Battery of Patients

(Monroe, Georgia) A 65-year-old internal medicine specialist, Dr. Kallambella C. Ramesh, was arrested Wednesday by Georgia Bureau of Investigation agents for alleged inappropriate contact with patients in his office.

GBI agents stated that charges of misdemeanor sexual battery resulted from allegations dating back two years.

Ramesh was booked into custody at the Walton County Jail.
