(Largo, Florida) A 36-year-old third-grade teacher at Southern Oak Elementary School, Alyson Perry-Jarvis, was arrested Wednesday for allegedly engaging in a two-year sexual relationship with a neighborhood male youth. The sexual relations allegedly started when the teen was 16 in July 2006. Now 18, the young man reported Perry-Jarvis to authorities on September 19.
Married with a son, Perry-Jarvis faces one count of unlawful sexual activity with a minor. She was booked into custody.
