I am really surprised that the United Auto Workers would ever discuss a pay cut, even more that they would approve it. Not only that, but it's not small, around 15% across the board. And, the UAW also approved an increase in payments for medical benefits.
This all happened in the Normal, Illinois, Mitsubishi plant. And if you ask me, it ain't normal.
