(Lowville, New York) A 25-year-old local woman, Julie A. Greene, has been accused of engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy. Greene faces charges of third-degree rape and endangering the welfare of a child.The alleged sex reportedly occurred in her apartment in the Village of Lowville and at a residence in the Town of Watson. It's currently unknown how authorities were alerted.
Greene has a court appearance scheduled for tomorrow in the Town of Watson Court.
