As I write, I have a bacon explosion in the oven. I know that to truly be a bacon explosion, the creators recommend a smoker be used. Unfortunately, I don't have one and am using the oven.Nevertheless, I thought it was appropriate to celebrate President Obama's massive government handout signed today. Loaded with pork? You bet and there's no better way to trumpet pork than with more pork. The bacon explosion does just that.
So, in about an hour, I will be taking the unofficial Obama Pork Stimulus Loaf, aka bacon explosion, out of the oven. I'll let you know how it comes out.
