(Pasadena, California) It appears that fraternization within the faculty ranks is a point of dispute.
The wife of a John Muir High School teacher was arrested after she allegedly confronted a female teacher inside a classroom at the campus, police said Tuesday. She probably didn't have a hall pass either.
Leta Carruthers, 29, of Altadena went to Muir at around 11:30 a.m. Monday to confront the teacher, who she suspected of having a relationship with her husband, Pasadena Police Department Lt. Phlunte Riddle said.
"The female teacher denied, and the suspect threatened her, and then a fight ensued," Riddle said.
Officers arrested Carruthers on suspicion of making criminal threats and battery.
