(Vereeniging, South Africa) An alleged lesbian sex scandal involving seven girls has been exposed at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy School for Girls.
Seven girls have, in the past week, been expelled for allegedly sexually harassing their schoolmates and encouraging them to have relationships with fellow girl pupils. The girls also allegedly touched each other's private parts according to a report published in Afrikaans Sunday paper Rapport.Given that the girls are specially-selected under-privileged over-achievers who are granted free tuition, room and board, one might think they would be well-behaved. Apparently not.
This was confirmed today (Monday) by Lisa Halliday, senior vice president of communications for the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy Foundation in Chicago, who said the girls had violated the school's code of conduct.
"We consider this to be a confidential school matter. Therefore, we will not confirm any personal information or disclose any details related to these expulsions," Halliday said.
