(Utica, New York) A 23-year-old local woman, Maria C. Muniz, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex repeatedly with a 14-year-old boy. The alleged sexual intercourse reportedly occurred at her residence during January and February 2009.
Muniz has been charged with second-degree rape.
After arraignment at Utica City Court, Muniz was booked into custody at the Oneida County Jail with bail set at $7,500.
