(Akron, Ohio) Akron Vice Unit officers raided the Playhouse Bar and found a 14-year-old girl dancing topless. As a result, two men, manager Christopher J. Wier and owner Robert T. Mitchell, both 34, were arrested.
Some dancers were observed to have contact with customers but not the 14-year-old. According to Akron Police Lt. Rick Edwards, the bar is not licensed as a sexually-oriented business.

A search warrant was executed Friday night at The Playhouse located at 1700 E. Waterloo Rd as part of “Operation Spring Cleaning.”Wier and Mitchell have each been charged with illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented performance and two counts of child endangering. Both were booked into custody at the Summit County Jail.
Officers arrested four dancers for dancing topless and having contact with customers in a liquor establishment that has not been licensed as a Sexually Oriented Business.
Another female, 14-years-old, was observed dancing topless, however no contact with customers was observed. She was removed and placed in protective custody.
