Utah Mom Arrested for Sex with Boy

(Payson, Utah) A 42-year-old local woman, Lisa Rowley, was arrested this week by Utah County Sheriff's Deputies for allegedly engaging in an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old boy.

The boy was reportedly asking about Rowley's daughter, but Rowley continued the text message conversation with the boy and asked him for photos.

The boy eventually sent a picture of his genitals to Rowley, after which she told him to meet her at another home, where she performed sexual acts on him, according to a police affidavit.

Rowley was booked into custody on charges of unlawful sexual contact and sexual exploitation.
