(Hillsboro, Texas) A 32-year-old local woman, Debra Jeter, was arrested for allegedly slitting her daughters' throats, killing one. Kelsey Jeter, 12, died of her wounds. Kirsten Jeter, 13, is stable under intensive care at a Dallas hospital.
Debra Jeter is charged with murder and attempted murder. She has been booked into custody at the Hill County Jail with bond set at $1.5 million.
