(Lakewood, New Jersey) A 42-year-old local woman, Estella Pacheco Santos, has been arrested for the alleged sexual assault of an 8-year-old boy. The boy's parents reportedly alerted police.
Estella Pacheco Santos fondled the boy and forced him to fondle her, according to the investigation by Detective Thomas D'Elia of the township police.Santos was booked into custody at the Ocean County Jail with bail set at $200,000. Immigration and Customs Enforcement ordered a hold.
