Chinese Airport CEO Executed for Corruption
(Jinan, China) The former chief executive of the state-owned Capital Airports Holding Company, Li Peiying, 60, was executed earlier today for taking bribes and embezzlement.
Li was convicted of accepting bribes worth $3.9 million and embezzling 82.5 million yuan.
The method of execution for white-collar criminals wasn't reported.
