Inmate Counselor Accused of Prison Sex

(Alexandria Bay, New York) A 44-year-old civilian counselor at Cape Vincent Correctional Facility, Michelle K. Finley, was arrested by New York State Police for allegedly engaging in a four-month sexual relationship with an inmate.

Finley has been charged with third-degree criminal sex act, second-degree sexual abuse and three counts of official misconduct.

After being booked into custody, Finley was released on appearance tickets. A court date of August 18 has been scheduled.

Heh. She was ticketed for sex crimes.
