NC Teacher Busted for Drugs

(High Point, North Carolina) A 29-year-old science teacher and athletic trainer at Ragsdale High School, Cecilia Ann Tolliver, has been arrested for allegedly selling drugs.

Tolliver has been charged with selling and delivering a counterfeit controlled substance and conspiracy to sell cocaine.

According to High Point Police, Tolliver was arrested on school property Friday morning but the offenses did not occur on school property.

She started teaching at the school in 2002. According to the Guilford County School System, Tolliver resigned effective today, Aug. 21.

Tolliver was arrested as part of a local undercover operation which resulted in the apprehension of 19 other suspects. She was booked into custody at the Guilford County Jail with bond set at $10,000.
