Beggars

(Kuwait City, Kuwait) Seventeen people were arrested by Capital Police for begging for alms during Ramadan. The beggars are being processed for deportation.

Note that the government of Kuwait employs the time-tested solution to beggars. They're apprehended and shipped elsewhere.

Some might say it's fortunate that the U.S. doesn't have problems with beggars.
