Youth Counselor Accused of Sex with Boy

(Libertyville, Illinois) A 26-year-old child therapist at Kids Hope United residential center, Cori L. Rivelli, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy she was counseling.

Rivelli allegedly carried on the relationship with the boy over the summer by having sex with him while she was supposedly driving him to see his parents in Peoria, Illinois.

She was arrested after a staff member at Kids Hope reported overhearing the victim talk about his encounters with Rivelli. Rivelli also allegedly told a co-worker about the relationship according to chicagobreakingnews.com.

Rivelli was booked into custody at the Lake County Jail with bail set at $200,000.
