Colorado Mom Accused of Sex with Boy

(Denver, Colorado) A 38-year-old local woman, Marci Ann Carillo, was arrested this week for allegedly engaging in sex with a 16-year-old boy and introducing him to methamphetamine.

The affidavit said Carillo lived at the home with her three children and the teen's father from July 2008 until February.

Carillo bought and supplied marijuana for the teen, and according to the affidavit, as they shared the pot, "they started to spend more time together and grew closer and confided in each other."

In August 2008, Carillo hugged the boy to comfort him about a death in his family. That night she snuck into his room and had sex with him, the affidavit said. They kept their sexual relationship a secret from his father.

After being caught with marijuana and forced into rehab, the boy told a counselor of the sex abuse who then informed the police.

Carillo was booked into custody and released on $50,000 bond.
