Pennsylvania Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Perry County, Pennsylvania) A 37-year-old local woman, Rachel A. Scott, was arrested yesterday for allegedly engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy. Scott faces charges of statutory sexual assault and involuntary deviant sexual intercourse.

Scott was arrested Friday after police say she interferred with the custody of the boy after taking him from his home to her residence, police say. She was also charged with a small amount of marijuana, police say.

Scott was arraigned and released on $20,000 unsecured bail. A court appearance is scheduled for October 20.
