Woman Accused of Sex with Boy, Charges $40

(Delaware County, Pennsylvania) A 39-year-old known prostitute, Marcella Rosario, has been accused of sexually assaulting a learning-disabled 16-year-old boy and then charging him $40 for services rendered.

Rosario has been charged with sex assault, corruption of minors and operating a house of prostitution.

The alleged assault of the borough teenager came to light the morning of Oct. 6, when the teen called police to report that a black woman pulled him into a house on South Second Street and had sex with him, according to the affidavit of probable cause.

The teenager described the woman as a heavy-set black woman wearing blue jeans and a white tank top, the affidavit states. As he left the house after the incident, he grabbed the suspect’s cell phone and called his mother, police said.

The alleged victim told the responding officer that the woman, known to him as “Marcella,” performed oral sex then had intercourse with him, according to the affidavit.

Rosario was booked into custody at the Delaware County Prison with bail set at $50,000.
