Return From the Dead

Yellow Spotted Bell Frog

(New South Wales, Australia) Thought to have gone extinct more than 30 years ago, a thriving population of yellow-spotted bell frogs has been found. The frog has returned from the dead, found at a location that is being kept secret.

According to Environment Department officer Dr. David Hunter, "This was definitely the most exciting moment of my career and I'd be surprised if I'll repeat it."
