Tennessee Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(Hamilton County, Tennessee) A 30-year-old Ooltewah woman, Heather Dawn Mastin Kimsey, was arrested last Friday for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy.

Kimsey faces a charge of aggravated statutory rape.

A family member of the victim notified law enforcement, who in turn initiated a criminal investigation into the reported sexual assault.

During the course of the investigation, detectives were able to confirm the complaint, the sheriff's office said.

Kimsey was booked into custody at the Hamilton County Jail.
