Wisconsin Woman Arrested for Sex with Boy, 15

(Wolverine, Wisconsin) A 39-year-old local woman, Nadean Marie Wagner, was arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy who lived in her household.

The alleged sex reportedly occurred from August 2009 to February 2010.

Wagner was formally charged Tuesday in 89th District Court with five counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct, each of which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison; as well as habitual offender — second offense, which increases her maximum penalty by half.

Wagner was booked into custody at the Cheboygan County Jail with bond set at $10,000.
