Louisiana Woman Accused of Sex with Boy

(New Orleans, Louisiana) A 26-year-old local woman, Rachel Floyd, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 15-year-old boy.

The boy apparently met with New Orleans Police Department detectives on Monday. An investigator then filed an application for Floyd's arrest, and a judge signed off on it, court records showed.

Officers arrested Floyd at her home about 7 a.m. Tuesday and booked her with one count of felony carnal knowledge. A magistrate judge later set her bail at $15,000, court records showed.

Floyd remained in jail as of this morning.
