(Houston, Texas) A 40-year-old science teacher at Jamie's House Charter School, Sheri Lynn Davis, is under investigation by the Harris County Sheriff's Office for possible criminal charges after she allegedly beat the bejeezus out of a 13-year-old boy in class. The beating was caught on video:
Meanwhile, Ms. Davis has an existing criminal mischief charge against her which remains to be adjudicated. She was arrested in March 2009 for allegedly slashing four tires on another woman's vehicle.
Regarding the alleged beating of the student, it looks to me like she popped him real good a few times.
