George Soros Gives to HRW

George Soros reportedly has given Human Rights Watch (HRW) $100 million so the organization can diversify and become less U.S.-centric.

Presumably, less U.S.-centric means Soros wants HRW to more resemble the United Nations Human Rights Council.

A casual observer might be led to think, erroneously I believe, that Mr. Soros cares about human rights.
