(Goffstown, New Hampshire) A 26-year-old teacher's aide formerly at Mountain View Middle School, Jennifer Simard, has been indicted on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a male student.Note that Simard was arrested in 2008 on charges of inappropriate behavior with the same student, then 14 years old.
The Hillsborough County attorney said Simard has already filed her intent to plead guilty and agree to an 18-month to 10-year prison sentence.A followup court appearance has yet to be reported.
