Personal Trainer Gets Prison in Sex Case - Updated

(St. George, Utah) Suni Faith Andersen, 36, appeared before 5th District Judge Eric Ludlow on Tuesday and was sentenced.

For two counts of forcible sex abuse, Judge Ludlow gave Andersen two concurrent terms of one to 15 years in prison. The personal trainer then fainted.
A recess was called, but court was back in session 15 minutes later when Andersen confirmed she was coherent and able to proceed.
As part of her plea agreement, five counts of forcible sodomy and three counts of forcible sexual abuse were dismissed.

(St. George, Utah) With a plea bargain, 36-year-old Sunni Faith Anderson (aka Suni Andersen) pleaded guilty to two counts of forcible sex abuse of a minor.
Described as a personal trainer, Anderson began a sexual relationship with a then 14-year-old boy when he began to go to her home for personal fitness training sessions.

The relationship continued for two years.
Anderson faces one to 15 years in prison for each count when sentenced in January.

(St. George, Utah) A 36-year-old personal trainer, Suni Andersen, has been arrested for allegedly engaging in sex with a 14-year-old boy.

Andersen faces multiple counts of forcible sex abuse and unlawful sexual activity with a minor.

The victim, now 16, alerted investigators to the alleged offenses.
Andersen, 36, was a personal trainer for the victim and made sexual advances toward him before the alleged sexual encounters at the woman's home.
Andersen was booked into custody.
